Anti-Inflammatory Cinnamon/GInger tea

In a 2 quart pot filled with water to within 1 inch of the top add

3/4 cup freshly sliced ginger

4 cinnamon sticks

small handful of cloves

3 Tablespoons Chai Tea ( The best chai tea I have ever tasted is Black Flower decaf Chai Tea made in Felton Ca).

Simmer on the stove until you have to add a couple of cups of water to bring it back to full.

Ony add one of those cups of water back into the pot.

The longer you simmer the stronger it gets! YUM


Decaf Anti-Inflammatory Ginger tea

This tea helps trmendously with immune system up-keep.
