Classic Chicken kabobs with a twist
2 Diced chicken breast into 1 inch by 1 inch by 1 inch cubes.
4 tablspoons Extra Virgin Olive oil
3 tablespoons orange juice
1 teaspoon sea salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon grated fresh garlic
Chunks of red onion
Chunks of red bell pepper
1. Marinate the meat in a stainless steel bowl.
2. Wrap the meat in the bacon.
3. Skewer the meat alternating vegetables and meat.
Grill or Broil the skewer until meat is cooked but not dry. (approx. 10 to 15 min.)
